This unique event will feature video, narration and 30 dresses created by Season 5 Project Runway designer Korto Momolu to educate audiences on awareness and prevention of human trafficking. UNCHAINED based its script directly on the experiences of female survivors from Ohio.

Since Boyle & Dalton published The Black Lens novel in February, I’ve met a lot of great nonprofits that are fighting sex trafficking both locally and around the world. But I decided to join the UNCHAINED Board of Directors in June because of their unique focus on using the arts to battle modern slavery.

“Christopher Stollar is a published writer, an activist for human trafficking and a member of the UNCHAINED board,” the organization announced in June. “Pick up his book The Black Lens to learn more about the realities of sex trafficking in rural America.”
